 » Mixed-Use — 200 Apartments Located in the Fauntleroy Triangle, just across the bridge in West Seattle, Link will be a connected apartment community — linked to transit, downtown Seattle, downtown West Seattle, and recreation. The project’s name also refers to the link between old and new — the history of the area and its bright future. The site is in an area that is undergoing a transition, from car dealership parking lots and underutilized storage buildings to a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood. Community partnerships include a relationship with the YMCA next door, as well as with the neighboring Lien Animal Clinic, for residents with four legs or beaks. The project will include 200 apartments including several street-level townhomes, reminiscent of Back Bay Boston brownstones. A roof deck with a p-patch, a community room designed as a “summerhouse” and a living room type lobby with a bus GPS tracking monitor will all be added features. |
