Harbor is committed to green development. The first step of building green is site selection. Harbor develops all urban infill projects, supporting density and neighborhood development instead of paving over our fields and forests. Our projects are constructed with the maximum number of sustainable elements feasible, and many have been Built Green or LEED certified. We focus on transit, pedestrian and bicycle oriented developments, and constructing developments that are efficient and innovative.
